When we built the agenda for last month's Small Business Festival Buffalo Niagara, we looked to create sessions that presented actionable ideas for small businesses that could be implemented immediately. One of the most well-received sessions in that regard was Seth Greene's talk on How to Use a Podcast to Grow Your Business.

When a slot opened at the last minute on the last day of the Festival at the Microsoft Store, we asked Seth if he'd present. As co-host of the popular Sharkpreneur podcast with Shark Tank's Kevin Harrington and best-selling author of seven marketing books, we thought Seth would put on a great event. He agreed - and did an incredible session on How to Use Direct Response Marketing to Attract New Customers like Magic.  He shared case study after case study of small businesses using these strategies, and people left with pages of notes.
