SEAWNY and Williamsville Art Society
"SEA the Art" Program

Artists with works they'd like to get in front of people... Small businesses with blank walls, looking at an investment of thousands of dollars to decorate. Sounds like a perfect match!

SEAWNY and the Williamsville Art Society present a new matchmaking program, SEA THE ART, connecting local artists with small businesses. The program will link SEAWNY member small businesses with the association's member artists for the benefit of both. Participating artists can take advantage of the small businesses' wall space and foot traffic, and the businesses will be able to not only create an attractive environment, but at the same time show their support for local artists.

When you sign up for SEA THE ART, you'll be contacted by a representative of the Williamsville Art Society, who will work with you to pair your interests with their member artists' work. Once you find a good fit for your business' needs, you maintain the relationship with your artist. Artists' works will be labeled, can be rotated, and are available for sale while on display. The Williamsville Art Society will assist in managing the small business-artist relationship.

As part of this innovative collaboration, the two organizations will kick off SEA THE ART with an Art Show on October 19, 4:00-7:00 p.m., presented by Welke Customs Brokers USA, 36 Delaware Street in the City of Tonawanda. Meet and enjoy work from participating WAS artists, and network with SEAWNY's small businesses over good food and drinks.
